Amanda earned both her bachelors of science and clinical doctorate from Daemen College in Buffalo, NY. She also is certified in Mechanical Diagnostic Therapy (McKenzie therapy) where she specializes in spine related pathologies. She has practiced in both acute care and outpatient settings over the last 6 years and has advanced training in Vestibular and Concussion rehabilitation. In addition, Amanda helped develop and run an athlete injury reduction and education program in her New York hometown.
Amanda has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2010 and assisted with the NY chapter nominating and research committees. She strongly believes in research based practice and is passionate about learning and teaching. Amanda treats patients at our Wake Forest location.
Amanda was born in Albany, NY and now resides in Youngsville, NC with her family. Amanda is married with a young son and she enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, and hiking with her family.
