Olivier Chassin, DPT, Cert. DN

Olivier is the co-owner of Orthopedic Physical Therapy and has extensive experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with specialization in Exercise Physiology from Temple University. He followed with graduate studies at Neumann College where he earned a clinical Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. While pursuing his education, Olivier played competitive National 3 Basketball in the south of France and coached high-school basketball upon his return to the United States.

He has a special interest in the treatment of shoulder and spinal injuries in athletes, and has training in blood flow restriction therapy, allowing faster healing times for some patients. Olivier is dedicated to learning and has been trained in manual physical therapy including Mulligan, McKenzie, Paris, and Maitland techniques. He is Sportsmetrics certified to administer programs for ACL injury prevention in athletes, and is also Dry Needling certified from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Olivier is currently taking new patient appointments at our Wake Forest and Rolesville physical therapy locations.

Olivier was born and raised in the Caribbean Islands and is fluent in French. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, following basketball, and spending time with his family.
